Today I purchased a Highlander. The staff made it so easy. I got a more than fair trade in and great price for new car. Brianna was very helpful and gave me all the vehicle info so I could make an informed choice of vehicle. When I got there, Julio was patient and courteous, no pressure, didn't mind answering all my questions. The car arrived when promised and was ready and waiting when I arrived. Alejandra came out and checked to see if I needed anything else or had any questions. I am pleased to say that great customer service is still a thing at Doral Toyota.

I would recommend every customer to open their hood and check under every time you go there and do your car maintenance
I just went today for my car maintenance and advisors were great but when I got home I decided to pop the hood and check on the pictures below
No engine coolant was added to the car and besides that they spilled oil all over the engine block
I found this very unprofessional coming in for this dealer
