Look no further than Downlight Electric, the are down right incredible. They came on time, called ahead too. Did the job well, with care, and professionalism. The young Lad was friendly and professional and did a fabulous job. Previously older gentlemen came to help quote for garden sockets and he too was really friendly. the staff here are brilliant. They take Apple Pay on their invoices so paying is a breeze. Two clicks, not entering card numbers etc. They will be getting calls from me to do every and any electrical work in my home. You know when you try to find a trusted company to do things for your house. I think I have found mine. We just moved to our forever home...these guys are our forever electricians. Stop searching for an electrician now and just call these guys. They installed three track lights and I am so pleased.

Excellent service. Original video call with Ed to discuss our charging point was informative and useful. All communication with Ellie was clear and professional, arranging our appointment which happened within 2 weeks of first contact. Elliott then fitted the hypervolt. Very polite, friendly and professional completing the job quickly.

I recently had an EV charger installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. Ed was brilliant at the start – really thorough, explaining everything clearly. He made the whole process easy to understand. The installation itself was carried out by Tom, who did an amazing job. The work was extremely neat, extremely tidy and everything was finished to a very high standard - and he made sure everything was totally tidied up afterwards. On top of that, he was a genuinely nice guy. I’d happily recommend Downlight Electrical to anyone looking for professional, friendly and reliable electricians. 5 stars.

We recently had electrics installed in our log cabin to turn it into a play space, and I couldn't be happier with the service from Downlight Electrical. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.

Ed came out to give us the initial quote and was absolutely fantastic—friendly, helpful, and full of great ideas. He took the time to answer all our questions with patience and professionalism. The quote came through quickly, was clearly broken down, and easy to understand.

The electricians who came to do the work were brilliant—punctual (even arriving a little early), polite, and very considerate, especially knowing I was working from home. They worked efficiently, exactly as I’d asked, and made sure everything was neat and tidy before they left. The work area was spotless when they finished!

This is actually the third time I’ve used Downlight Electrical, and they’ve never let me down. Their admin support is excellent too—so helpful with scheduling, and I love that they send email and text reminders so you’re always kept in the loop.

Highly recommend this company—reliable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with every time!
