I found Dr IT - aka Vlad sir, incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I found Dr IT from an online search, and my laptop was up and working after 24 hours. Quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Price was reasonable. But the quality of repair cannot be faulted. My laptop was overheating and now it runs smooth, the fan can be heard and it's a relief that I did not have to immediately buy a new one. Just adding another great review to Dr IT's record! The hinges on my laptop gave in, leaving me in a precarious position. As I was in a position to delivery the machine myself, I was able to drop it off at the business. Vlad was very personable, knowledgeable, and great at translating my over-Googled terminology into a plan of action. My laptop was returned to me in great shape, not only with new, strong hinges, but a fresh install of the Operating System and a few other small replacements, which Vlad and I had discussed.

Our external hard drive stopped working all of a sudden. It was quite old and had a lot of memories on it. We went to Vlad who quickly diagnosed the problem and advised that it needed to be sent to a specialist data recovery company. Vlad arranged everything and they recovered more than 95% of the files within 10 days. I paid £450 in total and they provided the data onto a new hard drive for us. Thanks Vlad - highly recommended.
