This was the view from outside our home for the best part of a month, while some concern was shown from the workers in the first week, it was apparent that the management of this company have no interest whatsoever in working respectfully towards local people who are inconvenienced by the works. This culminated in an electric cable being severed leaving several homes and businesses without electricity for several hours, the response/apology has been non existent from any manager, who I was informed had been briefed. I understand their customer wasn’t happy with the significant delays to the work either, which Drainage Consultants is trying to blame on United Utilities. If you want a job doing respectfully to maintain a good relationship
with your neighbours, then this company should be avoided.

In considerate bunch.. Two young guys sat in the van blocking the whole car park, plenty of room to stick their van elsewhere yet they're happy blocking the car park for all the residents..

Superb service from a great team. I had an issue with the drainpipe and roof gutter, starting to cause interior mold and damp. Nobody could get around for weeks, and were asking silly money. Luckily I tried Drainage Consultants. A very friendly and polite team turned up and made a difficult job look so easy. Exceptional price and quick turnaround with a thorough explanation of the work that had been done. I could not have asked for better. I highly recommend using the company for anybody with similar issues.

BEST SERVICE EVER. I’ve had the most frustrating ongoing problem in my flat for 3 years that no plumber wanted to touch. The guys at Drainage Consultants LTD couldn’t have been more helpful. The booking in service was rapid, they arrived on time and promptly fixed the issue (even had to nip out to grab some extra supplies and came back to make sure all was working properly) 100% RECOMMEND. THANK YOU. 🙏

Very poor experience with them. Workers turned up and left the driveway a complete mess. They went awol after assuring us the job would be finished the same day, after leaving with no communication we had to chase them, for them to confirm it would be completed the next day, they then didn’t turn up. We had to chase again to ensure they came back to finish the job. They damaged the water pressure and we had to get a plumber around to fix it. The property tenanted an old vulnerable lady, and they left the drive way slippy, muddy and unsafe. The job was completed eventually, and we gave compensation to our tenant due to their unprofessional work. When we raised with their company, we received a defensive email with no apology (we asked for compensation or a reduced amount but given the lack of accountability this was a long shot). We are going to raise further to the Ombudsman but I would avoid at all costs.
