The skid experience was really good fun, plus we learnt lots of practical safety tips too. I would thoroughly recommend the experience to anyone who drives and wants to understand how to better control a vehicle in slippery conditions.
The instructors were really nice, looked after us well, and made the whole experience very fun and informative.

An excellent few hours karting fun. We had 24 strangers to each other taking part. Great fun mixing up the heats and so well run to keep the event moving well. Fun with the banter between drivers and spectators. Would definitely go again and want to shout out for Diago and the team. Nice one guys 👍

Purchased and attended a 'One to One' Skid Control Course as part of the employers driver awareness requirements for working in the Nordics. I was a little anxious leading up to the date. But once started, the instructor quickly put you at ease, and within time the feel and experience of driving on the skid pan both in front and rear wheel drive vehicles started to fall into place thanks to the guidance and professionalism of the instructor. The course included some presentation on a white board to help understand what to expect, with a little on hand instruction 80% of the time you are behind the wheel experiencing first hand the control of the car (or...at first the lack of it). A great experience. Well worth the time and money. I would thoroughly recommend taking it. The lessons learnt could possibly save your life one day.

Visited for a Grand Prix and had a great time. The staff were friendly and keen for us to get on with racing which was great.
The circuit is good but can be tough to pass slower drivers within the 5 laps within the heats. All the karts were in good condition and good to drive. The helmets, gloves and overalls were all pretty standard so worth taking your own if you have them.
If it's your first visit here make sure you take the Green gate and follow the track all the way up and go under the bridge to park. You then walk around to the right past the Skid Pan area up to the karting.

I can't speak highly enough of Dave. I had a special one to one session with him in preparation for a competition and it completely exceeded my expectations. Dave taught me the most important principles in an easily understandable way then allowed me the freedom to explore the grip and skids myself. It's not until he shows you how it's done do you really realise he's an absolute pro! He is also a great photographer and took some awesome photos. I'm still buzzing after it which is a testament to Dave's enthusiasm and teaching. Thank you again!

Brilliant 1-2-1 skid pan session with Martyn. He is a such a good instructor, and I would highly recommend both him and Drive Tech. The team are great and I learnt so much.
