Would highly recommend Chris, he came to do a deep clean on a mattress for us, he provided us with an excellent service and was extremely thorough in his work. He fully explained the process and what was involved. We are 100% happy with his work and his prices aren’t to be beaten.

Excellent experience working with Drop the Mop. Cleared and cleaned a property of a deceased member of the family with no hassles at all. I live 150 miles away from the property and after choosing to transfer keys (recorded delivery) and discussing requirements everything was sorted. Great communication, great value, excellent attention to detail and 100% trustworthy. I cannot recommend Drop the Mop highly enough. Fantastic service.

Professional, friendly carpet cleaning service and great communication throughout the process. Chris was able to accommodate my booking with short notice. We were faced with the challenge of an unforeseen 6 hour power outage & in that time Chris kindly cleaned my guttering and windows. He promptly returned to the property to complete the job once the power was reinstated. The power outage did unfortunately result in some staining on one of the carpets, however upon notifying Chris he was able to promptly return and resolve this and my carpets are all now looking great. Thank you Chris! 😊

Chris and his team were absolutely brilliant. I live quite a distance from the property that I wanted cleaned for my brother who was renting it, but contacted Chris by phone and left a message. He quickly got back to me and from there we liaised by phone and text regarding clearing out the property and then giving it a deep clean. Chris was then happy to meet with the landlord, who lived nearby, who told me that Chris and his team were very thorough and efficient and had done a fabulous job - the shower was almost like new. I would thoroughly recommend 'Drop the Mop Cleaning'.

The lovely man came in his van and quickly cleaned my carpet after Gustav my pet squirrel had done a poo inside. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend to anyone who has pets that have accidents.

From start to finish drop the mop have been excellent. Good communication and turned up on time. Explained fully everything that was going to be done and couldn’t be more helpful. My sofa and dining chairs look fantastic. I will be booking again after Christmas to have my carpets cleaned. Excellent service and highly recommend. I have a small dog and this was no problem at all. Really good value for money and my dogs and chairs look like new again. Thanks so much drop the mop 5 stars.
