Offering good service is generally easy when circumstances go well. The test is when things go pear shaped and does not go as planned. This is what happened in my case when one of the pistons seized when changing the brake pads. Sear (the brilliant mechanic sent to me) persisted for about 7 hours until he not only resolved the problem, but also until he is satisfied that the car is safe to drive. Now that is GREAT service and dedication for you! Because of Sear I shall not only make Dropless as my go-to in future for all my car repairs and servicing but will also refer them to my friends and family. Sear deserves a promotion or, at the very least, a bonus!! Thank you.

I was surprised when I got a call at midday that it was Dropless outside my house, as my time slot was 3pm-4pm.
