For this last service, I should give only one star, or 0. A horrible service provided by Jorge, who only received my dress the day I brought it for dry cleaning, but when I called after a week, to ask him why I only received the delivery with no dress and just the belt of the dress, did not help at all in finding where the dress was, behave extremely rude and with no respect whatsoever. Told me will call back, never did, and instead I was calling everyday for another week and never found the dress. I was insulted for expressing to him that this was not accepted. This behaviour lead me to believe that most likely the owner of this establishment was changed since I have been coming to this dry Cleanners for years and always had the best experience. Until I received a call from Andres, who has always been amazing, asking me what happened since I left him a message. Andres always provides the best customer service and goes above and behind to help his customers. Even though the dress was not found, he offered options to make sure the establishment stands by the reputation I have always known them for. Thank you Andrea for the outstanding service always.

I am new to the Aventura area and stumbled across Dryeco as a desperate NYC transplate....I ABSOLUTELY love their services. The pick up and delivery is great (we love our driver), but the real kicker is the versatility of their services.

I decided to give Martin (the owner, who is SO kind & lovely) a real run for his money and most recently asked if they could clean my wedding dress. HOLY COW - Andres, you are incredible! I don't really understand how you made my wedding dress white again, but it looks brand new. The dress was literally and figuratively disgusting. I had dragged my train through every type of soil imaginable - it's pristine white. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I know there are some bad reviews here, but this location was recently bought in January by a new owner, his name is Martin. I mentioned this above, but he's LOVELY and will do what he can to assist you in any way. I think I called this poor man 5x to check in on my dress.

While the prices are a bit more expensive than other cleaners in the area, the quality and level of service is unmatched. You get what you pay for. Definitely give them a try and if you're nervous like I was, just give them a ring! Big thank you to the team!

This is the worse service I have ever had for cleaning and the worse personal who don’t take care for customers.
They charged 50% for express next day, after that nobody let me know the time my order has been completed, so I called them and asked by they told me they would close in 30 minutes. And promised to deliver tomorrow to my place from 9 to 11am.
Next day, I called 11 am and asked so where are my stuff? They said that it was in the facility and nobody took the delivery and after I came To them to pick up eventually it occurred that the driver took stuff and delivered to hotel.
If you guys want to save time and don’t guess where are your things - choose another service.

I have been a customer for many years and had always been happy and the owner had always given me very good service but today I had an emergency that required a garment be picked up at 1 pm and returned before end of day.
I decided to call because and ask for the imposible and had Andres on the phone the general manager and he actually said let me see how I can make this happen.!!!!
He called me back and said he would either have it picked up and bring it himself by end of afternoon. I could not believe my ears.
In many years have I not had such and experience with a business.

They lost expensive items of clothing and despite me providing video evidence of the delivery not including the clothes they said they did, they did nothing. Long story short, I was CHARGED by them to lose my clothes.

My notes said to call me prior to showing up to schedule the delivery, instead the items they did deliver were left outside my my house.

They have a reckless disregard for their clients and their entrusted items, with multiple reviews claiming the exact same thing of multiple items being lost and them fully denying it.

I had an issue with Dryco that wasnt being handled properly or resolved. The new owner, Michael, happened to purchase Dryco during this time. Upon learning of the issue he contacted me to apologize and said some of the staff had been let go and increase standards under his new management. Not only did he immediately resolve the issue, which he inherited and was under no obligation to solve, he personally delivered the solution to me. Before my experience with Michael, I had resolved to never use Dryco again. In light of his professionalism and efficiency, however, I have determined to stay with Dryco. I am very happy that the service is now much improved and I am pleased to support our local small business owners.

The services has been rude lately, I passed by on Saturday 08/24 and the guy treatment very bad. Very disappoint situation with loyal client that I have been for years.
