Around six years ago, my father used DT Service to clear materials from the garden. In 2024, my father used DT Service to remove materials from the garden and deliver 20 mm pebbles.

In 2024, my brother used DT Service to remove materials from the front garden and deliver Type 1 for the front garden.

DT Service is a friendly company from our own experiences.

Our company used DT Services for a delivery of 10t topsoil last week. We paid in full in advance of delivery and the soil was dropped off as agreed (bad quality top soil but we didn’t cause a fuss).

For the last few days, our MD, our Site Manager and our Accounts department have been hounded by Christina at DT Services for payment of whole new invoice for a different amount. No matter how many times our Accounts department told her we have not ordered soil she continued to tell us we had, chase us for payment and was rude to our Site Manager.

So, I called her this morning to inform her that she was incorrect and once again she was rude, gave no apology and zero customer service. I told her she has lost a client and she said fine.

Really disappointing to receive this service and hoped we could have an ongoing relationship for our works in the Kent area.

I would highly recommend using another company and for DT Services getting some Customer Service training for Christina, or they will continue to lose money.

There service is second to none .they me helped last year with digger & driver and then removed the waste very good .I've used them again for hard-core & sand again very quick and even needed a small amount after the job to finish rang at 3pm & got it that day to help ! .They go that be further. THANK YOU
