Absolutely the worst customer service you will find.
This shop sold is some very old stock items all items are sealed but all laminated are so old that they hold saw dust dirt on the edges.
We saw this dirt on a laminate in the shop and he assured us that it was because the package was open for a long time. We took 14 sealed boxes.

We asked them to refund us the amount for 10 boxes out of 14 because we were very unhappy after laying the first room. He initially agreed when he sold us the product but now they are saying they will give us a refund minus 30%.

Don't go to them. Pay little bit extra and get some decent products else where allong with some good customer service. You won't understand what I'm saying untill you need their help.

Also the delivery was absolutely terrible. They told me Monday before 12 o clock. I canceled all my meeting. I hear nothing from them I called them at 1 o clock then 3 o clock then 4 o clock they kept saying they will deliver very soon. Then they last said they will definitely deliver before 7pm so I wait at the new property untill 8:30 no reply and the shops closed after 5.
The next day I called them and then they said that they are sorry they had another job in a different location.

Whilst I was waiting in the new property canceling all my meetings in the day they didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know that they would be coming that day.

Honestly I regret buying things from here. Don't fall into the trap that their items are cheap.

Cheap items = poor quality service.

Awful company and staff. Do not make the mistake of using them. Rang up in the morning and cancelled a delivery. I was assured over the phone that the delivery was cancelled. When I went in store for the refund, 3 members of staff lied through their teeth all claiming they never took the call even after showing them the call log of the 2 minute call to their store. Ended up being charged £10 for delivery. Poor service and even bad staff!!

We’ve got our bathroom done around 10 months ago and they offered us 1 year guarantee for all the equipment on the same day something was faulty we gave it back and got a new one, up to now it’s faulty and we asked them to give us a new one but in a rude manner they said they couldn’t do it because it has been 1 year but technically it hasn’t and the customer service is unreliable and rude disconnecting themselves from them call I recommend you guys if you want your kitchen or bathroom done get it done by professionals with good reviews and who are trustworthy

Loved this shop,never seen so much stuff in my life. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Good prices and a decent selection of tiles at good prices. Need to look, but I would recomend.
