We have recently had all our old windows and doors replaced by the new owners of Duralife and are incredibly happy with the results. From initial contact to finishing the guys were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and thoroughly trustworthy.
The installation was very professional with great attention to detail, tidy and the new windows are high quality, with noticeable improvements in energy efficiency and sound insulation.
We had to leave them with spare keys and each day we came home from work the house and outside areas were spotless. The team offer an impeccable service you wont beat anywhere else.  We will definitely use them again for any future projects and can't recommend them enough.

Duralife is now under new management. Based on recent experience in our farmhouse, we re-engaged the company to install three new Southwest facing windows into one of our holiday cottages. And so, for a second time, we have just enjoyed the benefits of these two fine young professional men - Brad and Kristen. It would be difficult to imagine meeting two more committed, industrious and customer-focussed experts in their field of home improvement. Their attention to detail, courtesy and communication with us throughout were exemplary . I see that other reviews have mentioned their most welcome concern to protect rooms in which they were working and their thorough clean-up before leaving the site on completion. Don't hesitate for a moment to invest in their services; you won't regret it! A further and most important point is their integrity; their moral compass is well set: these are people you can thoroughly trust in their honesty of opinion and reliability in finance.

Duralife has new owners. I advised the previous owner of two minor problems with two of my windows. He came and inspected them and said he would rectify the issues, three months later I was still waiting having contacted him several times. In the meantime the company was taken over by new owners. Within a week of taking over they arrived and professionally without fuss rectified the two windows. I would have no hesitation recommending Duralife’s new owners for any new window installation

We have been really pleased with the service and communication from Duralife who honoured a guarantee for a large, high sealed unit. They noticed a fault with a door magnet and replaced that during their fitting which was really appreciated.

We have just had bifold doors fitted into our new self build house. We visited the showrooms during the covid lockdown but Lance was very helpful and we sent and received several emails to confirm exactly what our requirements were. The quality of the product was superior to others we had looked at and the price was competitive. Both the young man who came to take the measurements and the 2 who fitted the doors were professional and friendly and we are really happy with our new doors. They arrived and were fitted within a week of the original delivery date. I would highly recommend this company.

We have just had the windows and back door to our bungalow replaced and are at a loss to understand the negative comments posted here. From start to finish we found Lance and the fitters very professional, pleasant and more than competent at their job. We were given a detailed estimate, including exact details of the products used and then the careful measurements were taken by another employee. The three fitters were prompt, worked hard, cleaned up at the end of every day and discussed exactly what they were going to do each morning. It was a pleasure to have them in our house. Their attention to detail was exemplary. The only problem we had was not with the company, but with the company that actually manufactured the windows. Brad, the chief fitter, noticed that three of the windows sent had faults and would not use them despite the fact that they had passed quality control by the manufacturer. When the replacements came, one again had a fault and was sent back. If this had been a 'cowboy, get rich quick' organisation, two of those faults would never have been pointed out to us because to our untrained eyes they would not have been noticed. The fault on the kitchen window was more obvious and will be replaced with no argument. So perhaps the company might consider discussing quality control with their supplier, although the specifications of the windows themselves are first class. This is the third time we have used this company for replacement work and would unhesitatingly recommend them.

We had a new wooden front door fitted by Duralife, we wanted to replicate the old doors look but incorporate better seals and security. All credit to the team, in particular Lance who more than met our specification. We are delighted with the service and the product. Thoroughly recommended.

Well - we had the whole house done - 37 windows and 8 doors. The quality of the products and the exceptional quality of the installation was extraordinary. Amazing attention to detail and care taken by ALL the team and Durelife go the extra mile. (We have very rare irreplaceable wallpaper in two rooms - not a mark on them after taking the old windows out and installation of the new) They aren’t the cheapest but are definitely the best.
