Great dealer. Definitely worth the drive. This was not the first dealership that we visited but it turned out to be the last. Negotiations were smooth with both sides taking and giving. Nick was our sales person. He worked hard for us and made this deal happen. Miguel lined up all of our options in finance. Everyone there made this a great process. The now was a nice touch and they stayed late to help my daughter set up everything in the car and on the Kia app. If you want to buy a Kia, this should definitely be your one and only stop.

I want to give a massive thank you to Nick and Matt from the Dyer Kia Group. We went in to trade our Mazda CX5 for a new Kia Sorento, and Matt helped us through every step, from the initial walkthrough to the delivery of the car at the dealership. I was incredibly impressed that they stayed until almost midnight to finalize everything. Their professionalism and the cleanliness of the dealership made the experience even better. They made the entire process smooth and easy, even with two kids under three years old who were quite energetic throughout the evening.

Worse service. Went in to get my window trim replaced and not all windows trims were replaced. All this is under warranty. Not only that but they put glue on my car and didn’t clean up. No one seems to answer my email not even the service director. Keep in mind that I also mentioned that I noticed my transmission is bad. I have left messages and no one calls me back. This issue of having my window trim replaced has been going on since last year in August 2023. Spoke to many workers that were willing to help out like Mike, Joe, Alex and Gio.

Needed to get my Kia Sorento looked at because the engine light came on. Went to Dyer and spoke with Dustin who greeted me and took my car in on the spot. He offered to get me home but the service wasn’t needed as my daughter picked me up. Within a couple of hours, we were advised that the car would have to be brought in once the parts came in. All work will be covered under the warranty. Dustin had the code cleared, my car washed, and returned the car so that I could use it over the weekend. Was told that I would get a call once parts are in and when I could drop the car to be repaired. Here it is Monday, and Dustin didn’t disappoint. Parts are in and vehicle dropped off for repair.
