It was a very stressful situation, but John dealt with Insurance company on my behalf and made everything easier than it otherwise would have been. I'm not one to give reviews, but I have to say that the gentlemen from DTS (and that's what they are) went above and beyond to make this a pain free process in getting our septic tank replaced. From dealing with the insurance company to installation to the finishing touches I cannot fault them. (although Conor does have a coffee issue and may require an intervention).

I contacted DTS around the last week in March for a quote, paid the deposit the first week in April, and the lads came out to start the work in the middle of April. I was impressed with their work and efficiency in getting the job completed. I felt like no job was too big for them and they conducted the work with a smile and left our home clean and tidy and they actually improved some areas for us, rather than just filling in the hole and leaving. I'm really glad I picked DTS to complete our septic tank replacement and you can be sure that if I ever need another tank of any description, I'll be calling DTS only.
