I have purchased the cordless 'DC44 animal'. I would have rated it a 5 if only the on/off switch held it's position, instead the switch has to be held down while the machine is in use. Being in my 70's this makes using it painful to my fingers. However I have remedied this myself by wrapping a plastic covered 'tie' around the handle to hold the switch down when in use. Otherwise excellent to use between hoovering days with my regular Dyson DC33.

This company sent their Corrale product to us. It never arrived and the customer service has continued to lie about it. They keep saying it will arrive and it never does. They have given me phony tracking information that does not exist.

Dyson has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
