Very professional. Group of lads came on appointed time and day. Changed 7 radiators and pipework. Took old boiler out and fitted with a more modern one. All within 6 hours. Kept dust and debris to a minimum and cleaned up after. Took away all waste materials. Will recommend to family and friends.

I thought i needed to do this review regarding E plan and in particular, their amazing employees who I met and spoke to, Charlie, ( office) Scott and the fantastic lads who came to do the job, Ryan, Fynn and Cameron. It was quite a big job to do with relocating the new boiler, and installing all new radiators throughout the house, but these lads were so friendly ,professional and polite. They put my anxiety at ease and everything went so smoothly. They offered to help move my furniture back and made sure everything was spotlessly clean after the work was completed. I cannot recommend this company enough! A huge thank you goes to you all.

I had my boiler and full central heating system replaced—including all the pipework—and I’m honestly so impressed. They didn’t just turn up and do a rush job; they worked flat out and got everything done in one day. They even lifted my carpet and put it back down properly, which I really appreciated.

Ryan and his son were lovely—really respectful, no attitude, no mess left behind, just cracked on and did a proper job. It’s rare these days to find tradespeople who take that kind of pride in their work. I felt looked after from start to finish. Can’t recommend them enough. If you want it done right, these are your people.

The lads who came to do our heating and boiler today were very polite and well mannered. They were very helpful and explained everything. Patient with us having to move the dog around and even helped move some things that were in the way. The lads went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our liking and even offered to help with heavy lifting to put things back as well as cleaning up after themselves. Overall we are all very impressed with the work that was done, couldn't if asked for a better team of people to do the job.

Really pleased with the work carried out by the dad and son who visited my home. Complete installation of new boiler, thermostat and radiators though out. They worked incredibly hard all day and were respectful and conscious. They tidied up and left my home the way they found it, even helping to move items back in to their correct places. Can’t thank them enough.

Had EPlan complete a new heating and boiler installation, the 2 guys who installed it were fab cheeky chaps and did an excellent job. Had someone back round today to re stretch and lay carpet back down and tbh I wasn’t expecting much as I know it can be difficult to put them back right but he was exceptional. Did a brilliant job and went way above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this company 😊 wish I knew all of their names so they could have a personal mention 😊

Amazing job the guys who did the installation was so helpful they worked cleanly and efficiently while making sure everything was done correctly went above and beyond with helping me move furniture back everyone came on the same day including the inspector. All staff were friendly and polite I would highly recommend EPlan 👍🏻

Yesterday, I had a great team from E PLAN to come and replace an old boiler, radiators, and new pipe work . I received a great service from the three men who came. They came on time, very professional, polite, friendly, and hard working during the time they were at my property. Cleaned up as they went along .first class service. Well done, guys. You did a fantastic job.
