I have read the daylight and sunlight and overshadowing assessment report you have produced for 382 Uxbridge road in 2019 and 2021, I have found you use different standard of degree for same building after the building raised the height of 1.09m. why? On your 2019 report, you use 25 degree project line from the existing neighbouring habitable rooms located on the first floor, actually there are dinner room on grand floor. In your report on 2021, you use 45degree projection line from the existing neighbouring habitable rooms located on the ground floor level.
New building is opposite the existing adjoin building.
