As a company we have known Adam for many years, even before starting Earth Environmental. His company is reliable, efficient and a great source of advice.

Typically we would use Earth Environmental for desk studies and then follow-on intrusive investigations but we would also engage him, on behalf of major clients, for coal mining risk assessments, remediation strategies and material mananagement plans.

EE&G is a firm we have no hesitation in using or recommending regardless of the work - they are happy to undertake a simple trial hole or large site works and provide comprehensive reporting which is clear and concise.

After approaching several companies I decided to engage Earth Environmental to advise on a complicated site with a significant industrial/mining history. Not purely based on price but on the quality of the initial assessment and customer service.

Provided with a comprehensive 'Desk Study' we progressed to detailed site investigations. I always felt that every detail was monitored and the communication was second to none, from the staff on the ground to the Director of the business. I was always updated and when I needed questions answered help was only a phone call or email away.

All views here are my own and do not represent those of the firm I work for. I need to stress that this is the case as I have been threatened with legal action if I do not remove this review. The below review is based on my own experience, all of which can be backed up with evidence as well as some of my personal opinion.

Review:
I approached this company after a google search looking for a firm to conduct a full coal mining site assessment on a rather complex site. Having asked a number of firms to provide quotes and recommended strategy going forward, I was put in touch with the MD of this firm through the Head Office, Adam Czarnecki. His response was very brief and lacked any detail on strategy given the amount of information we provided. So we elected to kick things off with a desktop study from another firm and then get some quotes again for the next phase. When I went back to Adam the first thing he brought up was how we didn't start off using his firm. I explained my reasoning and that I always allow people a chance to go again. But he clearly doesn't take honest feedback very well (in my opinion), as he got very upset and became very petty (in my opinion) saying that he didn't agree with the other firms report recommendations (no reason given why, but being a professional infrastructure design engineer myself I am of the opinion he didn't have any legitimate reasons to say anyway). He then stooped even lower by saying he didn't believe the firm had the funds for the project anyway. Which was totally unwarranted and quite sad really considering the firm own the 2.5 acre site outright. The firm are new but have lots of experience (and financial backing) for this project as well as others and are in the process of securing and developing from the ground up - many of which will require the exact services this firm provides. So in the end, through his own insecurities (my opinion) and inability to take honest feedback (in my opinion) he has not only cost his company thousands of pounds on this project (the firm are also known for paying on-time and in a number of instances already, the entire amount upfront) but also a relationship worth many thousands of pounds and secure business in the future.

If this kind of person runs the firm then the culture and attitude is clearly something which is inherently flawed (in my opinion). There are many firms out there who do what this firm does. If you are reading this, I wouldn't want you to spend your money with someone who doesn't value you as a new customer from the get-go (in my opinion), whether it is a one-off or for building a future relationship.

Equipment and Skills can be bought or taught. Showing class & respect can not - traits which I believe this firm does NOT have. So DO NOT waste your time or money with this company, it is better placed elsewhere in my opinion.

This is my honest opinion and the events described are based on factual evidence. In all correspondence with the firm I have been genuine and constructive from the beginning. But given how unprofessionally this firm has treated me in my opinion I felt it as my duty to share my experiences here.
