The snow beat them on day one, but day two in they came, clean tidy, respectful. They had first floor flooring to lift and then move the new Heat Pump into position. They never left us without heating or hot water overnight and identified a flow problem which they rectified quickly. The heat pump is now fully installed and automated, loads of hot water, nice warm house and clearly cheaper than gas already.. I had 2 days when the sun popped out I heated the house and paid the over night charge from export. Its running at 350% efficiency, but Ryan sorted the schedules and since then I have fiddled with them to get the heating right around off peak tariffs. Well done Harvey, Ryan, and Cody for getting this all in and keeping us warm.

Harvey and Ryan did a fantastic job of installing our new heat pump. They took care of the BUS [Boiler Upgrade Scheme] application allowing us take advantage of the £7,500 government grant that is available.
Minimal fuss, explained everything and left the place spotless afterwards taking all the rubbish away

Earth NRG installed a heat pump system in my house. This included removing a kerosine boiler and hot water tank, installing a new Vaillant heat pump and controls, a new Joule unvented cylinder and 4 new radiators. The installers did a cracking good job and I was very impressed with their attitude and the quality of their work.

I am impressed with the performance of the system, heating and hot water, it is quiet running and it doesn't wake me up in the morning like my old system did!
