Whilst having a new oven and microwave fitted, water was heard leaking behind a fitted kitchen unit and the installation stopped. I immediately phoned the E&G office manager. Sabrina organised a visit by Ahmed a couple of hours later, who identified the source of the pin hole leak. Ahmed then arranged for engineer Steve to follow up. Steve explained to me clearly before he commenced the work the extent of the repair. A prompt response, very professional job at a fair price. I'd have no hesitation in recommending East & Grey to family and friends.
