From start to installation (yesterday) excellent and prompt communication. Comforting to have a named contact who answered all my questions and sent additional information. The installation was on the scheduled days and the team were efficient, tidy and very professional explaining all they were doing at each step. They were respectful of my property. Today the admin team proved to be just as good as I've received all the necessary paperwork. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend East Green Energy.

I used East Green Energy to fit a Tesla Powerwall system.
I have to say that they were great to deal with from start to finish. Anthony came round to do an inspection of our house and gave great advice on the options. The quote followed very quickly and was a decent price. They were able to fit fairly soon after we confirmed the order, and the installation team were great. Install was done in a day, they were very cheerful and helpful, and they gave us a really good run through how to use the system. There were one or two difficulties in the install (our house, not them or the equipment) and they took it in their stride without a grumble. Follow up was good with the battery handover pack following very quickly.
I’m really glad I chose East Green Energy and they are a really good, straightforward local business I’d be happy to use again or to recommend to others. Good people.

Fantastic friendly competetive service from start to finish; from planning/execution to a ''how to use' tutorial.
Installed 20 'in roof' solar panels which look great with a synthetic black slate tile plus a Tesla Powerwall.
Actually enjoying being in control of our electricity production and timely consumption.
