They have an extorting monopoly on the supply of 'communal' hot water. If they were truly for the community they wouldn't charge so much and they would allow for fair competition. If you value free choice, independence and fairness, don't move to E20.

Terrible customer service and terrible heating and hot water provider. Constant outages that last more than 12 hours and no compensation to the residents. No transparency in their tariff and what goes in their extremely high standing charge.

Utter nonsense that they charge us £30 per month "standing charge" and bills of £45 even when everything is off the entire month while you are on holiday! Total rip-off & no option to drop them as they are the only supplier. Where is OFGEM when you need to them to stop price gouging!

East London Energy more like Rob London Energy, these guys are crooks never pick up phones, constantly being overcharged even though I'm never at home, engineers never showing up to sort out issue when I have a problem and the worst thing is they have a monopoly contract nothing you can do other than move out of the area.
