I was put in touch with Marco and his team at East Midlands Auto through a friend. First he fixed my wing mirror at a really competitive price and really efficiently within an hour of leaving my car. Because of his amazing service I chose to use Marco to sort my door what I had scratched. He went above and beyond and chose to do another minor scratch that he found on my car for no extra cost and also washed the car down for me. Thanks again for your unbelievable service!

Shout out to Marco and his amazing team at East Midlands Auto! 3 weeks ago my car was damaged on the motorway, I called Marco and he was at my house within the hour to assess the damage. He then took the car away for repairs whilst leaving me with a courtesy car, Marco was very customer focused, and kept me updated , I never once had to chase for updates.

Marco also guided me with the insurance claim, and was very reassuring on the process, he had my full confidence in him and the garage , I would say Marco gave 5 star impeccable customer service! Marco and his team were incredibly professional and trustworthy. I will absolutely be bringing my car here in the future be it for future repairs or service.

It's very rare in this day and age for a business to still see the customer as the most important person, but this business puts the customer first every single time

If I could offer Marco & his team 10 stars then I would
I took my cherished classic TT for paint updates to the roof & grill and a plastic repair & paint to the front splitter
To say I was worried was an understatement but I need not have been concerned in the slightest
The finish of their work is highly commendable and the shine is better than new on this show car
I would highly recommend EMA without any hesitation and if i was ever to require further work on the TT then I would be at the front of the queue (very swiftly!!)
It goes without saying that word of mouth develops a business and more so with vehicle paint, you are not making a wrong decision by talking to Marco at EMA - Thank you very sincerely!!

I recently had my car repaired at East Midlands Auto by Marco and his team, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience.
