Zero customer service. Poor attitude towards customers and they don't even bother to acknowledge your presence in their shop! Try to speak to them for product advice and just get back one word answers in a curt and impolite manner as if they are doing you a favour by speaking to you. Avoid at all costs.

They may have the products and the knowledge in their trade, but they definitely forgot to learn about customer service along the way.

Sarcastic and rude. Most things of a high standard some things poor quality. But the whole of Southall hates them but like most things in life you need them. Wish they could be more helpful and polite and not so hot tempered. I doubt they would ever change. I wouldn’t stop me from using them just be prepared like an exam before entering.
