Fabulous experience. Gordon was helpful from beginning to end. I looked online and was nervous about spending a large amount of money without trying the bike. Gordon gave me all the information required to make my choice. I settled on the Batribike Gamma and love it. Gordon completed a full check on the bike with a checklist provided. Nothing was a bother. Fantastic experience from a very knowledgeable dealer. Would
recommend .

Been looking at e bikes online for several months now. For my needs I thought the Haibike SDuro 5 ticked all the boxes. It`s a fair chunck of money to pay for a bike so decided that I wanted to test ride one before taking the plunge. Drove several hours to get to Easygo but it was well worth the effort. I thought I had researched thoroughly, Gordon knows so much more. He is a rare commodity in so far as he is able to anticipate your needs, I would have wasted hundreds of pounds on the wrong accessories. Gordon`s` extensive knowledge prevented that.
Great advice, expert knowledge, superb people skills and a workbench, whilst borderline OCD will be the envy of anyone that has a garage/shed.
I've not been on a pushbike for many decades, my G.P. advised me to take up cycling or swimming to help with arthritic knees.
Managed 25 miles with varied riding conditions, steep hills, trails and a bit of road. The bike would easily done more, battery still over 50%.
I have no hesitation recommending Easygo electric bikes and Gordon to anyone in the market for an ebike .
Why buy online when you can save money buying from an expert?
Thank you Gordon.

Went to visit Easygo last week as I am interested in getting an ebike.

Got to say I was really impressed with Gordon and his selection of bikes.

He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about ebikes. He has is own service bay in a lovely clean well laid out shop.

Very worthwhile visit and certainly be back due to his commitment, service and knowledge.

I would encourage others to visit Easygo.

I bought my bike from Gordon because I wanted peace of mind if anything goes wrong. What a hassle if you buy online and something goes wrong. I had to take the bike in with a slight fault and Gordon had it all sorted for me. The manufacturer was contacted by him and he had it all set up for me returning to pick it up. If you are going to buy an electric bike I could highly recommend Easy go. We were that impressed that we have just bought another for my partner. Excellent.

Fantastic experience purchasing my first ebike! Contacted Gordon with one model in mind, but after a chat about my needs and a test ride, I went with his recommendation on another model. I'm very happy I did! Knowledgeable advice, attentive customer service - I can't recommend Easygo highly enough. Thanks, Gordon

I was looking to purchase an e-bike so contacted my local retailer, Easygo Electric Bikes in Linlithgow. A Covid safe appointment was made with Gordon, who gave great service from start to finish. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions. The result was a new Haibike. Gordon called me on the day of collection to let me know he was preparing the bike and confirmed a pick-up appointment. I cannot praise him highly enough. Thank-you for a very enjoyable experience. I would certainly recommend Gordon and Easygo and will almost certainly use again. Brilliant service!

Gordon was extremely helpful and informative when I was picking out an ebike.
Through every step he was happy to answer any questions and help me make sure I was choosing the best bike for me.
Then when I picked my bike up he walked me through everything I needed to know about it and I had an awesome ride home.
Highly recommended!

In 2017, at 51 years old, I bought the Raleigh Motus with hub gears from Easygo Electric Bikes in Linlithgow. Gordon encouraged me to try several options available, and he is an engineer to trade and knows his stuff, so felt in safe hands from the start. This bike has got me back to the cycling activity that I did in my 20s. I have had it several months now and it has just been in today for its 1000 mile service by Gordon. The extra paid for the hub gears is well worth it. Much cleaner drive train and it seems very unlikely that the chain will drop off at any point. I am 6'2" and the 46cm frame works well, with the seat up at its highest allowed position. The whole set-up feels very comfortable and I regularly do between 20 and 30 miles at a time, and return home very content and without the sweat! The 'range' function, while useful, seems to give very conservative figures about what is left in the battery, and I find it more useful to keep an eye on the battery level rather than the range figures.
This is my second e bike, and I tested several others at Easygo Bikes before buying the Motus low step with hub gears. I am very pleased and enjoy the opportunities it gives me to get out and it also lends itself well to my passion for photography, so I have many pictures taken during my rides. One issue has been the built-in lights. The rear light stopped working and needed some wiggling of wires! Eventually, the wires came loose, and have been very difficult to fix. I have now replaced the rear light with a rechargeable light that offers 'blinking' which I prefer and think is a safer option, so I will stick with that and not worry about the fact that the wiring to the rear light seems quite vulnerable. At the service today, Gordon made good the wires so that there would not be a 'short' any time soon!
In summary, I do love this bike and would recommend it to anybody wanting some inspiration and reason to get out and about. I would also recommend going to a dealer that knows his stuff, and Gordon at Easygo Bikes, Linlithgow, knows his stuff. During the service today, Gordon stripped down parts to ensure they were properly lubricated and functioning. Also got a new chain and brake pads, and he clearly showed the quality of the new parts and offered advice on ongoing maintenance.
If anyone wants to look into the option of having an electric bike, or needs experienced and professional opinion, then take a trip to Linlithgow and speak to Gordon. I will be a regular customer.
