Had a boiler installed by Eazy Heat, despite paying before the fitter had left the premises, no warranty was forthcoming or the promised gas safe certificate.
Numerous attempts to get the warranty were met with idle promises to supply them. In the end we were able to get the warranty directly from Viessmann (though this wasn't straight forward either). Warrant is only 10 years and not the 12 months we paid for. Last couple of emails have been ignored.

Flawless job from Shaun and Callum, they were so incredibly professional and very clean throughout the installation. The job was done to a very high standard; they clearly take pride in their work. Cheers fellas!

Without a doubt would recommend EazyHeat, and will use them again if needed.

Hi folks ,I had a boiler change today from a system boiler to a combi,the fitter/ engineer that came (Joe)was superb, extremely pleasant, massively helpful extremely clean and tidy,and took up most care throughout and was very professional,I would without a doubt recommend Eazy Heat going forward,and look forward to dealing with them again soon

Had a boiler fitting with EazyHeat 3 years ago now, unfortunately we had an issue recently with the pressure dropping. I rang up on a Saturday morning and was shocked and how quickly they dealt with things given it was over the weekend! Had a video call with someone in the office 30 mins after I had made first contact and they were able to talk me through how to fix this, and get the heating back on! Honestly can’t recommend this company enough, even 3 years on they are still happy to help their customers.

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

I ignored negative reviews... please do not do the same..

I Had a pretty poor experience where they took the job as a next day install and left us without hot water and heating for over a week due to them not completing the job...

All photos for the job were already shared before engaging yet their engineer turned up on the day without any tools had a look around and said I can't do this you first need to hire a carpenter to remove the cupboard is it's not possible to remove it... and he said I am not carrying a flue that is legal as the one I have got is no longer legally allowed after grenfell which was bizarre why do you not bring it in the first place...

We tried to understand the issue, and they said they will call back so we can get it done... but the guy left without notifying...

Both the engineer and company director did not do what was discussed and left us in a limbo...

Their sales team member called 2 days later without any information about what had happened... started giving baseless excuses...

I still tried to give them a benefit of doubt... we hired a contractor who removed the cupboard without damaging in 15 mins but we ended up paying them due to Eazy heats failure to do so...
Then I asked them to offer us some discount due to the hassle and extra charges incurred due to their failures...

They started ghosting us and after wasting over a week said we are unable to complete the job... I even shared my disappointment with their director who simply ignored me and shared a link to a comparison website asking to look for others...

Absolutely Shocking....

My tenants have been without geatinf and hot water for over 10 days due to this misleading behavior DO NOT USE EVER
