Our intial contact was with Richard and Tom. Excellent knowledge and advice given without any pushy sales talk. Being able to try a number of bikes, was a big plus too. As a result we purchased two ebikes.The handovers by James and Rhys were excellent and very thorough too. Unbelievable customer service, not only for me but witnessing the care given to the two customers in front of me. Being away on holiday, my bike (not brought from ebike)decided to disconnect with my pedal. I then had to retrace my steps back and found the bolt. Having walked back, I was unable to replace the bolt, no tools and now clue. My bike is my holiday, so I stopped at ebike, waited expecting to be told they could not help and yet they could not do enough for me! All though a temporary fix, they wrote down what I needed, said when I am back here they can fix it with new pedals and would not take any money from me... honestly I will be returning to replace my bike. Sam in the servicing department really helped me to get my bike back to a high level.
Sam made sure that I made the right choices when looking at upgrading parts and was honest making sure that my money was spent in the right areas.
The bike was ready earlier than expected and they even stayed on later so that I could collect after I got stuck in traffic. Brillant service and will defiantly return.

Amazing place, stock, knowledge, pricing and SERVICE!!
Moving recently to the South Downs with a multitude of paths and tracks on our doorstep, my wife and I decided we needed to get a couple of EMTB's, despite being sunny side of 50 🫣. An initial visit found us trying a couple of bikes around the carpark, I had a top budget of £3500 each, trying both a Focus and a Giant. The preference was on the Giant Stance E2-2023, a bit of thinking at home and web research, I returned the next day to order two. 6 days later, just in time for bank holidays, collected all set up and explained perfect. No bike rack sorted yet for car, so rode them home, via Chi, Goodwood Motor Circuit, Goodwood Estate, Slindon Estate.... What an absolute blast!! Sooooo impressed with the bikes, so easy to ride, handled everything admirably with ease, mud, tree roots, stoney declines, the list goes on... Nothing short of impressed with the ability of the bikes, which can easily cope with more than we can. After getting back home and our 21 mile journey, we couldn't resist with the sun shining on going out nearly immediately back through the Slindon Estate trails into Arundel for a couple of drinks down by the river. Back home, 34 miles done, nothing short of impressed, only regret is we should have done it sooner....plus a bit of saddle fatigue, as we would have expected. The batteries with plenty in reserve despite our obvious over usage being novice trail riders. The bikes are just superb, highly recommended very user friendly and easy to ride and get the feel for quickly. We opted for additional built in lights, tubeless setup and prepaid service, all for an absolutely amazing price. Many thanks to Jason and the whole team, expertise and service is superb. Will be back soon, thanks again guys....
