ECE lift provided in our residential complex at Hindustan Colony , Nagpur is sleek and works smoothly and without jerk.
However most disturbing problem we have faced in last one month is three times it had got stuck between two floor while in motion.
Specially today when I was stuck with no one else when no one else at home .
Fortunately I was carrying mobile with which I could connect to their service staff.
They came with 15 minutes and rescued me.
Though they are expounding voltage fluctuation as reason for lift behaving erratically , difficult to buy this explanation.
One can imagine plight of someone getting stuck inside and not carrying mobile in person.
I am not sure of experience users have with lifts of other make.
