First of all I want to thank Billy and his team for doing an amazing job fitting the 3 units in my house. Right from the very first interaction, this company has been absolutely fantastic.
Billy came to my house to quote the job giving me great advice on what units would be suitable for each room. He had a catalogue to show what the units looked like and the specs. He also showed me pictures of previous installs which I felt was very helpful to see.
Billy emailed me a quote for the work which I thought was a great price so I went ahead.
At this point I’d also like to thank Hannah for the great communication and coordinating everything.
On the day of installation the guys arrived on time and got to work straight away. The work was done very professionally and the whole installation was done to a very high standard.
Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a hassle free experience at a very good price. The whole way through they provided great customer service and nothing was too much trouble. A definite 10 out of 10!!

Absolutely fantastic service – highly recommend!
We had a brilliant experience with Eco AC from start to finish. They came out quickly to provide a quote and were really responsive throughout. They also understood that, being in a converted barn, the rising temperatures were becoming uncomfortable – so they made the effort to fit us in sooner than expected, which we massively appreciated.

We had two floor-mounted Mitsubishi units and one wall-mounted unit installed, and the results have been excellent. The office is now lovely and cool, and it’s made a huge difference to the comfort of our workspace – no more complaints about the heat!

The two engineers who carried out the installation were fantastic – polite, professional, tidy, and genuinely a pleasure to have around. They worked efficiently and left everything spotless. The communication from the office team was also great – friendly, helpful, and clear every step of the way.

Pricing felt very fair for the quality of the service and the speed at which they completed the job.

All in all, we couldn’t recommend Eco AC more highly – a brilliant company with outstanding service from start to finish.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and very tidy fitters, units are much smaller than I’d thought so barely noticeable. Nb the outside (larger) unit does not have to back on to the inside unit, so I was able to put these out of sight, which I hadn’t appreciated

As soon as I spoke to Hannah at Eco Ac I knew that I would use this company as she was friendly and gave me time to undertake which unit I would require for the size of my room. No rip off sales tactics at all! Also quite happy to get the unit serviced yearly which benefits from a long warranty. The installation team were fantastic they completed the install really neatly and were friendly and explained the best position for the a/c units to be fixed.
