Excellent service, professional and pleasant at a fair price. Ray is very skilled and thorough in cleaning a hoarder's apartment with human waste and decayed food safely and thoroughly in quick time. Emily's little essays on their web page make delightful reading, too. Ray and his crew did amazing work over a day and a half, helping us find items of value amidst a large amount of hoarded items, after a relative passed away, and hauling away the rest. Called Ray on short notice to clean my apartment after a party the night before. His rate is higher than I normally pay but he was available so I needed someone ASAP. He did a great job. Took all the trash into the trash bin, even sorted the recyclables, vacuumed, cleaned the kitchen. All in all, I'm happy.

I can't imagine the horrors Ray from Eco Bear sees on a daily basis. I have family members with hoarding problems and it's always been a bit difficult for me to understand their condition. Having someone compassionate and capable to effectively clean up a hoarders home is a breath of fresh air-- I didn't even know where to begin.
