In my 18 years of using Garbodrain, garbage disposal system, the after sales service from Mr. Bharadwaj and his team has been flawless.
Thank goodness, there's is no helpline/customer care number where you wait endlessly to speak to an uninterested voice. A simple sms to Mr. Bharadwaj and the mechanic is at your door within a couple of hours. Better than any fancy, big corporation. Please continue this excellent level of service to your customers.
