We used Eco Control to remove knotweed from our property in 2018. They did a great job then. Today, 6 years after they completed the work, we contacted Eco Control as we are selling our property and the purchasers mortgage lender required some further information about the work Eco Control carried out. The team at Eco Control Solutions was brilliant. I didn't have to wait for a call back I was put straight through to Lilli. She was excellent throughout. Very understanding. She understood our situation and managed to accommodate us within 48 hrs of contacting her. She also reassured us on the phone, once we had sent her photos, and put our minds to rest straight away with regards to our situation, using her expertise.
The same day she came out to do a site survey, she also sent us her report as well.

Don't expect them to stick to the Warrantee they provide!

Bought a new house which I spotted had Knotweed but house builder appointed ECS to treat, which over three years, they did. Two years later it came back, at the back of our fence and they came out and treated it. Another four years down the line it has once again returned (10 year rolling warrantee) but now refusing to treat as its the back of the fence. More likely they are unwilling to travel as their Nottingham office has closed.
