Listen to other reviews, DO NOT order from this store. Likely out of business. Placed an order online, got confirmation, 3 weeks later, still no shipment. Emails are also unanswered.

I think they may be closed. I thought from the description that it might be a pet store, but it doesn't appear to be open for business. It may have been an online store, but their website was not working, either. I stopped by in the middle of a weekday, and it was closed, with no sign of life or activity.

I seriously think this place is scam. I placed an order online over 3 weeks ago and except for email confirmation I received absolutely nothing - no shipping notifications, no tracking, no product itself! I started a dispute with PayPal hoping to at least get my money back. This "business" never responded to my phone calls or emails. And all positive reviews appear to be fake, based on the names. Beware.

The company does not respond to any emails. They stated they sent my package out a month ago, I never received it. USPS says they never received the package either. I was charged almost 23 dollars in shipping costs to ship UPS Ground. Why wasn't I notified that the package would ship via USPS? Regardless it seems as of now my package never shipped. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I'm all for supporting small businesses but not one that cons you.

I ordered a bag of cat food that made my cat sick. She puked it up not long after I gave it to her. I tried to contact them by phone, but couldn’t reach them. They sent me a late email response after I emailed them telling me that I can’t return or get a refund for the item, and that “transition” a pet to new food can be hard. I’ve never had this type of horrible experience with any cat food transition. Very disappointed in their customer service and product. I don’t usually leave reviews, but if I can help someone avoid a similar bad experience I’m willing to write one!

I love this company! The company is owned and operated by a truly passionate Vegan who cares so much for animals and really wants to provide the best for our best friends. I've been using their products for my cat Priscilla for many years now and she is thriving. I feel confident I am providing the best for her. This was such a frustrating experience. I called them and left them voicemails several times. No answer or response. I drove up to their store front from San Diego during their posted business hours and nobody was there and no sign on the door for an explanation. We really want to buy from them as they're the only supplier in CA that we can find with a certain brand but so far it's like they don't even exist.

Drove 3hrs just for us not to get our cat food. No communication. Multiple emails & calls. Disappointed. Now have to drive 3hrs back empty handed. Can’t even get our $90 refund until they respond too.
