I am really impressed and so very grateful to this company for the services they provided me.
The property I live in had no central heating and was very cold. We were using plug in electric radiators to try and keep warm. Huge thanks to Laiba, who helped me get all the necessary paperwork together, and reassuring me how the work would be done.
The teams that arrived were absolutely incredible. Loft installation was in before I knew it.
The gas central heating was also installed in 2 days. They worked out how to install all the radiators and boiler with minimal disruption. Very neat job. The house is nice and warm now, which makes such a difference to my health. Highly recommended team.

Unfortunately I’ve been asking for documentation regarding the boiler installation guarantee and not had any reply.

The installation was done quickly but information wasn’t given at the time of the survey as to how my property would be left and what work would need to be done to make good the walls as I was left with the external walls showing in my hallway.

I requested a copy of the document I signed at the survey and was told I would get a copy that was back in April and I still don’t have it.

If you are going to use this company make sure you get insist on having the paperwork before they leave and make sure you get all the information from the survey of what you will be left with and how much it’s going to cost to get the walls made good.

Installation was good I can't fault it.
Been a couple of minor issues since that I've had to get an independent engineer out to resolve as this company left us high and dry with regards to any further assistance.
Absolutely shocking after-care services. Be aware if you use this company. My advice is make sure you receive all relevant paperwork regarding the boiler installation and boiler guarantee there and then because you will have zero chance of getting anything from this company after they have left your property. All this company want is your initial agreement to do the job. Once they have the job completed they disappear from the face of the earth is seems.
I've since noticed the details the contractors left on paperwork are not complete and I suspect not accurate.
My advice is take photos and videos of work on the day you may require this for any future claims against this rather bizarre company.
Phone calls and emails to this company are not returned or replied.

The registration & eligibility process was made simple. The admin staff were friendly and efficient. Snow delayed the work but we were kept informed throughout. The men doing the work were hardworking, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with eco energy services and would highly recommend.

Recently had a boiler installed under the Eco4 scheme. The installers worked quickly and efficiently. So far so good. My Home is much more energy efficient and the water pressure is much more powerful.

Outstanding, effective and efficient service. the whole experience was effortless and made my installation very easy. I was also impressed with the standard of professionalism of the engineers who attended my property.
The boiler installed was of A plus standard and I now have a warm costy house. Thank you for making my home warm .

Absolutely gobsmacked by the response. I have complained because they put a hole through my chest freezer, and now trying to say they didn't even through i have proof. They don't seem to want to resolve this as my number has now been blocked… you left a mother with 2 kids with no chest freezer and hardly no food as it’s defrosted. This was my main complaint i let the other issues i had slide but as were at this point why not tell everyone… flooded my wardrobe then had the decency to use MY CLOTHES to mop it up. Left two holes in the ceiling in my wardrobe and not told me looks like this is where the water came from that they flooded the wardrobe. Used my own tea towel or kitchen towels to wipe up dirty pipe water and then hide it in my fire place. Scratch my doors with the piping….. they had no respect of their surroundings throw my child's school shirts across the room because it fell down.
I appreciate what you’ve done but you have made more of a problem for a single mum with two kids.

Very swift process, all system surveyed and fitted in a week. Great team who arrived and completed the whole new boiler installation as well as taking out the old back boiler. I would highly recommend ECO Energy Services.
