We’re visitors and were directed here by our hotel. Easy to find and open even on a Sunday. Note that there is a grocery store kiddy corner from it but the grocery store is closed on Sunday. We had our own soap but there were no instructions in English on how to purchase their soap. The general machine operation instructions are available in English on the wall below the German text. Use cash or credit in the electronic board on the wall. 16 small washing machines available, one XL, 6 large dryers. Six chairs available for seating.

Parked my campervan outside as fair bit of parking spaces about (get there before 9am though just in case).
Easy to understand the machines as plenty of pictures to assist.
There are 16 x 7.5kg machines plus 1 x 14kg machine. 6 x driers.
Also 6 comfortable seats while you wait. Cafés not open at 9am, had to go to the campervan and make my own.
Just around the corner are Norma & Aldi supermarket.

Great location, easy to find with plenty of washing machines and dryers available. Great price too, only €3.50 for a wash and €2 for 15 minutes drying. Cash, cards and Apple Pay accepted. Restaurants, shops and a supermarket all nearby while you wait.

Clean all over and very good machines and payment by card. A very good experience washing 2 weeks travel wear - wash 45min and dry 30 mins. Price good for quality and no hassle operation.

Clean, warm place with seats. Had a helpful man explain how to use the machines in English.

Everything you are looking for in a laundromat: fast and easy-to-use machines, transparent and good prices, clean and comfortable space, and a safe atmosphere. The laundromat is also close to many coffee shops so you could take a quick walk over there if you wanted during your cycle--some people did when I was there. There are about 5-8 chairs in the laundromat and seating was not a problem when I was there.
