ZERO STARS!!!!
We had our ducts replaced about 18 months ago. The ducts were in bad shape. They took pictures to "show" what they did. The house was very very dusty.
A year later the house is still horribly dusty. I had all new windows put in thinking that was the issue. That didn't fix the issue either. I got an email from company asking for review. I told them about the dust issue. They wanted to charge me 129.00 to come out and look. I told the of the warranty and after several back and forth they agreed to come out and look for free. They were supposed to show up between 10-12 at 1:30, they arrived no phone call to apologize for being late. All the tech wanted to do when he arrived is show me pictures of what they did an tell me my filter needed changed. Would not listen to me or my mother as to there is still an issue with the amount of dust. Just continued to show me pictures. Finally just asked him to leave.
I will never use this company again. They don't even listen to their customers. I will never recommend them to anyone. I'll be calling the BBB.
Don't waist your time or money.

The air went out on Saturday and the techs arrived on Tuesday. Hmmm… not fast supports - considering I have health issues - including heart - perhaps my husband did not inform the call center’s operator.
The guys at the house did their jobs but were working very hard to sell more supportive and preventative maintenance. That did not sit too well with me.

Eco friendly air the best air conditioning repair in Las Vegas. They had an opportunity to overcharge a hefty amount. The ac was left on “on” instead of “auto” and compressor was amping really high. I feel any other company would take advantage of the situation and would have charged as much as possible. The technician explained the whole situation and fixed the issue as best he could without extra service charges.

I was searching for a company to clean my HVAC ducts, Instead I got a sales team to convince me to install electric filtering system. The system is to eleiminate 99% of the dust and air particles. Provided that the sytem delivers on its claim, then I beleive that the system will be very good for our health. Installation was professional.

After a most disappointing experience with Choice Home Warranty, which I strongly suggest no one uses or trust, I threw in the towel and decided to replace our home entire HVAC System. I received three bids for the project in the midst of the hottest heat wave imaginable in Las Vegas history. Believe me fifteen days without an AC is painful even though we were able to take our three pets and selves to one of our daughters house.

Of the three bids Eco Friendly was the middle offer. Even though there was one lower and even one of the largest HVAC companies even dropped their price in the eleventh hour to earn our business we still decided to go with Eco Friendly.

Reason why, Phillip inspection and presentation. He was incredibly professional and personable. He totally was focused on our immediate and long term well being and peace of mind. Unlike the others two representatives Phillip actually inspected and explained everything about our twenty nine years old system being replaced that served us well throughout the years and about the system we were considering.

Please understand that because this isn’t a common purchase there’s only so much research can do for a homeowner. Yes we heard about every brand name product under the sun, pro’s & con’s this and that. But all being equal apples to apples be that the case, ultimately it comes down to correct and perfect instillation as the manufacturer prescribes or any HVAC System will not be as efficient and will possibly be problematic during the many years of expected service. Yes, everyone does offer a warranty but honestly it fair to say, no one really wants to be calling for a technician especially when it’s something related to poor installation. Something truthfully you may never know unless you’re a professional technician. So my hopes and objective was perfect installation, at least closest possible in a world of short cut taking installers.

The installation team of John & JC, were as impressive as Phillip, their GM. In fact the experience was positively seamless. The two of them competed the install in one day opposed to the two days we prepared and allowed for the project.

They removed and installed, allowing me to totally observe while answering all of my questions. In fact John and JC, fully welcomed my questions because they wanted me to understand what was going on so we could understand as homeowners what to expect and how to best take care of our investment to hopefully get another thirty years of service from our new HVAC system. Wow, incredible consideration on Eco Friendly part.

If I sound head over heels for this company and experience, well my wife & I are with absolutely no regrets regarding our decision. Considering the product and installation, the price is truly more than reasonable.

I want to close by saying, yes price is absolutely important but remember, no matter the price & the brand, installation will ultimately impact you most. In short what good is any system if the installers cut corners taking short cuts leaving you to only have a problematic product.

I wanted to give ten stars but was only allowed to give five… Phillip, John, JC and Eco Friendly, in deep appreciation and gratitude, my wife and I will refer anyone & everyone who we meet requiring your assistance to you for sure.

Eco Friendly without a doubt shames the competition immeasurably. We love you guys. Oh, they really really cleaned up behind themselves and also clean up the attic area to look super nice.

They came to my house to fix my AC. Long story shirt. The guy that came to my house got into the attic and started to look around 10 mins later. Some dude walked into my house unknown. When I got to the living room, he said he was the manager of the company. He immediately said that it sounded like I needed a whole new system. The guy in the attack hasn't even told me anything at this time. So he came down and said we can keep it running, but it's going to need a new motherboard. And some other part. Total came to $2300. So i said go ahead and fix it cause it was summer time and we needed air.Then I was told that there was a hole in my coil and that by law he's going to have to shut the AC off. I absolutely lost it saying why didn't you tell me this before you put in 2300 into my problem. The manager told me the tech found this after the problem was fixed. He kept telling me that they now have to shut the system down. Well, I freaked out and told him to leave the house, and the tech needs to get out of my attic. He said he couldn't leave without shutting the system off as it was leaking freon into the atmosphere and would not get out of the attic. I threatened to call the cops because they would not leave my house. Before they left, they got a reading of the air temp and left. None of this fixed my problem. Hours after they left, the air kept shutting off after so long and would not come back on. Then I noticed water damage all on my ceiling. Called another person out, and he found my problem fairly quick it was a temperature switch that was bad 157 dollars. Plus, he brought me into the attic to show me where all my water damag came from. The tech from eco-friendly took out my drain plug, and it was nowhere in sight. I feel like they did it deliberately because of the situation they caused. So I was out 2300 in repairs that was not the problem and now a damaged ceiling that I was quoted 2100 to fix.
These people are shady business do not use them.
