We went with Eco Green after their sister company installed a Heat Pump for us and did an amazing job. Ross managed our design and install, always being helpful, quick to respond and friendly. The installation was done very quickly and efficiently, finished earlier than expected and delivering a really neatly installed system that does exactly what we expected. Dan, Mark and Ben on the install side were brilliant. These guys all do a great job and are all a pleasure to work with.

I have to say that working with Heppelthwaite - Green Building Solutions was a pleasant surprise. From the sales pitch to the after care was a joy.

Sales:
No hard sell or dodgy sales techniques or pressure to sign. They gave a brief outline of their company. Provide a very easy to follow quotation pack. It was not the cheapest quotation we had, but I am a firm believer, you get what you pay for. If it’s a quality service you are after I doubt you will find a better company than Heppelthwaite - Green Building Solutions.

Ordering Process:
Once I signed the contrast I was kept informed on progress every step of the way. When various kit had arrived and when they would be able to install.

Installation:
Day 1: Scaffolding erected.
Day 2 : Kit arrived
Day 3 & 4: Kit commissioned.
Day 5 : Scaffolding removed!!!

The Team:
All members of the team were very professional. Always turned up on time deliver what they said they would deliver when they said they would deliver it (which is rare these days). A very professional team.

To be total transparent, we did have a few technical hiccups in the early days, but the team went out of their way to rectify them as quickly as possible. I am very pleased with the system they installed and would highly recommend Heppelthwaite - Green Building Solutions.
