Got a quote straight away. I accepted and work was booked in for next day. Plumber came when expected and did work quickly and efficiently. A really easy process from start to finish. I have had problems in the past with plumbers not turning up and jobs not been done properly. Not so with Eco Group. I would definitely use them again and would certainly recommend this company. From first contact to completion Eco Group have been amazing.
Stuart was always on time when arranged a visit to price job and explained options available.
The bathroom was completely done from floor to ceiling.
The bathroom fitters were a lovely team, worked to schedule and left the area tidy at the end of each day.
It was easy to make contact if any concerns arose.
It was a very professional finish .
Pricing was good as well.
Discussion on costs was detailed prior to job commencing.
Excellent company to use.
Have used them before and would definitely use them again.

Great experience with this company. Having been let down and conned by a 'one man band' gas engineer, we decided to go to a bigger company in the hope of more protection etc.
We were really surprised by the low quote Eco gave us, as we were expecting to pay a premium for using a bigger company!
The engineer arrived within a day or so, fitted a new diverter valve, checked a couple of other things and was on his way a couple of hours later.
Excellent service and would not hesitate in recommending them to family and friends......or anyone reading this review!

We had Macauley come and do a flush on our central heating. He did an amazing job, was on time, super efficient and polite.
When I first put my enquiry in Beth got back to me with a quote within the hour and a time and date they coild fit us in. I then emailed over the weekend and michelle got back to me on Sunday telling me it shouldn't be a problem and she would confirm on Monday which they did first thing
Such a professional friendly company, my experience from start to finish was nothing but exceptional. I would highly recommended them to anyone.

Had these down to service my 4 year old boiler. Straight after had loads of errors and no hot water.

Rang up and they attempted to charge me for a call out and repair. Even though it was directly after their service. They failed to send me any documents after their service to showcase what been done.

Ended up costing £229 for an emergency call out with someone else as we couldn’t wait another day without hot water.

Had a full bathroom refurbishment completed by ECO group. Amazing result, the team are super friendly, efficient and experts at their jobs. Very professional all round- including the office support team. We get loads of compliments on the bathroom- its lovely.
They have since fitted hot & cold outside taps for us; again really friendly plumber and great neat quick job. Also good value for money. We will always think of this company first for our home needs in the future.

Needed a repair to our bath and a replacement of our mixer taps, decided to try Eco Group Hull after seeing decent reviews. It was easy to get in touch with them and I dealt with the lovely Samantha via email who was very helpful and patient.
I was at work but my partner said they arrived on time (we were quoted an estimate start time of 8:30), was quick to work, tidy and didn't leave a mess.
Unfortunately, we had to have an engineer come back out to rectify something but I can't fault them because there was no argument and it was sorted without issue.
Because of this, and the ease of arranging services, I would use Eco Group Hull again and recommend them.
Our bath is now functional and the new taps are great.
