The Eco Mama team did a fantastic job cleaning my home before my future in-laws and my parents meet for the first time for a dinner at my house this weekend! I keep my house fairly clean already, but they made it feel 10x cleaner and I didn’t even know that was possible. Plus I didn’t have to do it myself, and I’ll pay for that convenience of having the pros from Eco Mama come in any day! They do a way better job than I do even on my best cleaning day. The eco friendly product they use, Lavender Mint Bliss - I love it. It smells so good and I know it’s safe for my dog to be around. I’ll definitely be setting up recurring home cleaning services.

We've been using Eco Mama Green for almost a year and I'm so thankful I took a chance, as I'm super sensitive to environmental toxins such as cleaning agents and therefore hesitant. I recently used Eco Mama and was excited about the cleaning. My wife and I have never used a cleaning service before and have always kept a spotless house.

After talking with the representative for 30 minutes on the phone I felt they really understood my definitely of "deep clean". However, after the cleaning was done it was anything but "deep".

I have 10ft ceilings so the windows, blinds, window sills, shower walls and stove top hood were not cleaned to the top. Sadly, this is not something the agent asked me on the phone only to find out later they don't bring tools to clean that high unless disclosed. So my question is "why wasn't the height of my ceilings asked originally"? Lastly, the tracks of my sliders were not cleaned and the grout in my floors still discolored.

I told the agent on the phone that I specifically wanted the grout cleaned, couldn't have been more clear. I also told the cleaner onsite about the grout and neither associated told me they don't clean grout. They simply scrub the floor which is great, but I wanted grout cleaned.

During my call with the same agent after the fact she mentioned they don't clean grout, just scrub floor. So my question was "why didn't you disclose that"? Sounds like the agent and the cleaner just went along with my comments to sell me which is unfortunate. I believe feedback is a gift so I let the company know I'd be leaving this review, what they could improve on and that my definition of "deep clean" and theirs is different.

This cleaning cost me over $400 with tip for the cleaners. I'm leaving 2 stars simply because the cleaners were on time, professional and nice as can be. They did a great job to the standards the company sets so I don't want to penalize them.

If you have deep cleaning standards like mine DO NOT USE Eco Mama.
