Our house needed mold remediation. I got in touch with Josh, and he came to the house quickly to inspect and provide an estimate. We worked together on the dates he would show up -- and he showed up (unlike some other contractors).

He communicated with me throughout the process so I understood what was going on. The final outcome was great: the house is cleaner, smells better, and just *feels* nicer. The work was expensive -- but I think it was a very fair price. I am so happy with Josh and Eco Restoration that I am considering them for a remodeling job I want to finish. Thanks, Josh!

We're very pleased with the full remodel of our condo that Eco Restoration did (floors throughout, kitchen, two bathrooms, painting, breaker panel replacement, etc.). I contacted four different companies and Eco was the only one that provided a detailed response and answered my follow-up questions. Their quote was lower than the estimates I discussed with the other contractors. Josh and his team worked with me to develop the statement of work to meet our requirements, finalize the design, and complete the permitting process. Work started on the day requested and someone from Eco was on site every workday until completion, with the exception of three days while the countertop work was completed. Their team and contractors did exceptional work and were very cooperative throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a remodel/renovation contractor.

I did a lot of research before choosing ECO Restoration & Construction for my bathroom remodel. I liked the positive reviews, they are licensed and insured (very important!!!), and they gave me the best pricing of all the companies I contacted. That, to me, was the trifecta I needed to pull the trigger and get the project started.

Josh and Bianca are very professional, as are all the members of their crews. They LISTENED to me. They gave me good advice, and they knew what I wanted. Throughout the project, they interacted with me, responding promptly to all my uneducated questions, and incorporating little (or not-so-little) changes to my original vision seamlessly.

The project took a little longer than I expected (started in mid-January and ended at the beginning of March), but having never undertaken a remodeling project before I had no idea of what to expect. I don't know if the timing was good or not, but things rolled along smoothly throughout the process. The crew worked hard and kept my condo really clean throughout the job. I have a smallish condo, and the bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, where I was able to sleep with no problems during the remodel.

There were a few little things that needed touch-up at the end, and the crew did them immediately and efficiently. They went above and beyond what they promised. At the end, I was completely thrilled at the way my bathroom looks.

I've attached before and after pictures. I feel like I've entered a luxury spa every time I go into my bathroom now. I heartily recommend ECO Restoration & Construction for any repair, restoration, or remodeling job. They're great!

I was referred to Eco Restoration by my Private Insurance Adjuster, the rear wall of my townhouse had major water and mold issues and rotten wood. Josh, the owner, came up, did his "look see" and reviewed our mold report, it was decided that the entire wall needed to be rebuilt. We made some changes from the original wall as far as windows and the sliding door, we put in impact windows. along with rebuilding the entire wall, we hade to rebuild the entire kitchen, we made some upgrades there too. Josh was very accommodating, helping us with the changes!!!! The work began in October 2020, we knew it was going to be a long process and the work was completed in April 2021. Yes it was a nightmare but having this company and their excellent crew made it a lil more bearable. I must give a shout out to one of Eco's crew leaders, Tony, he was/is the best!!!!! I'd like to name them all, Tony's crew but cant remember their names. In closing, I would recommend Eco Restoration for any type of construction work, Josh and his company are honest, reliable and courteous. Thank Josh for a great build back!!!!!
