This company ripped off my Nan for thousands of pounds. Had to get a court order against them to get her money back.

I would advise all people who have given them money to take them to the small claims court ASAP, we won our civil court case and are currently waiting for the criminal proceeding to go ahead.

Signed up for a 10 year maintenance package on november8th had a call from them booking a service at my home for 3rd december2018. They never showed up and despite calling them 3 times a day no response. Can only get a message service saying leave a message and they will call me back. Of course they never do. Now feeling ripped off and reporting them to trading standards

Dealt with this company recently. Was a bit scared as i have been ripped off before by solar con men. Pretty decent company that didn't put me under pressure. I took a maintenance package and i must say i am shocked by the value it offers. Happy Customer

We have tried phoning this company on their 0800 number without success
we took out a bronze service agreement at £2300 in July 2018 for a yearly service on our panels, have not seen or heard from them since, have phoned the 0800 number many times wit no success.
DO NT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF
we are going to see court action against them
