Justin was phenomenal from the moment he stepped in he began to ask questions to get a better understanding of the situation at hand. He then educated me on the services and benefits of everything he was about to do. Justin laid out a plan and was just very clear and thorough about everything. Niki G did amazing! I’ve been with Echo for over 2 years now and they come routinely. I live near a forest preserve so there’s lots of critters that would keep me from enjoying my yard. Thanks to Echo I can host gatherings all year long! And their tech is always kind and friendly! All of them are. There have times when the scheduled service happens to fall on a rainy day and they are usually the ones who contact me to let me know we should reschedule due to weather. Which I’m grateful for. Definitely recommend them!

Eco Tech is so great to work with. Had a huge hornets nest attached to our house. They were able to come out same day and remove. Stacey in the office was just fantastic. Just a delight to talk to. Paul was so knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. Very nice guy! Would highly recommend this company.

I would definitely recommend this company. I had roach problems and they arrived the same day I called them. The treatment was very effective after the first time. Very polite, organized, on time and professional. Hope I don’t need them again but if I do, I’m calling them without hesitation.

Very helpful and thorough and explained everything and answered questions clearly. Huge relief to have called them to my parents' home especially because he had only good news after looking under sink and behind stove and thoroughout the basement and at the foundation of the house. Also helped me realize the other work I need to do on their house

Adrian was the nicest and hardest working pest control technician I have ever received. He went above and beyond making sure all the cracks were covered around the house. Just a genuine good human being. I requested that he come to do the next visit. I will never use anyone else as long as he’s there. Keep up the good work.
