I had been recommended to use Givenergy battery to upgrade my solar system and Ecobubl were the approved installers, from the initial contact through quotation to installation I have found them to be very professional, The definitely put the customer first, communication is excellent and timely. The installation of the battery and corresponding inverter required some re siting of some of my solar monitoring equipment and this was included in the deal. The final installation was above my expectations and the standard of work is excellent. The product works first time with no need for revisits. It is doing what is says on the tin. I would highly recommend this company for any of your solar needs

The installation by Ecobubl went very well despite the 50 mile an hour winds on the first day which would have made installing on the roof a bit challenging. However it all got completed on time in a very professional manor. Ecobubl have been a pleasure to deal with as you feel like they know you personally. They were very helpful in designing the right system for us and took all the stress out of dealing with SSE to get the approvals.

Great service from start to finish. Knowledgeable and professional team dealt with all elements, including a less than helpful SSE who, unlike other UK regional national grid platform providers, would not allow our first choice of set-up. No problem, Ecobubl quickly came up with an equally suitable alternative option at no extra cost.
The process once they arrived on site was seamless, and we now have the full set up in place and working - and the panels (on 3 rooves) are barely noticeable - time will tell on the power efficiency, but I am happy to recommend Ecobubl based on the quality of service and expertise.

Back in June 2022 I entered into a contract with First4Solar to supply a GivEnergy PV system with battery backup. They seemed fine to deal with up until the point they failed to attend 2 installation dates and then went into Administration. Not a great experience and very stressful.
At the other end of the satisfaction scale lies EcoBubl. Whilst waiting for the original installation I became aware of EcoBubl from their YouTube videos so was aware that they supplied GivEnergy products and so I approached them. From Sarah designing the system to the brilliant Jade securing a fresh DNO offer quickly (SSEB cannot assign a previous offer to a new contractor you have to apply again) to Brad their contracts manager attending a site visit with me to discuss the project. They have all been excellent, helpful with great communication.
The installation started last Monday with the arrival of Ben their excellent and knowledgeable electrician who was ably supported by Mikey. Andy and Nathan were our fantastic roofers who braved the heat to fix the panels on 3 separate roofs and with Ben made a great job of minimising the visibility of the roof cabling into the house. Brad attended the start of the installation and was there at the handover.
They are a really great company to deal with and whilst I am not suggesting a name change, I have no hesitation from my experience in recommending them and if you are looking for a system and are within their area of operation, then please consider them as your first choice for your solar needs. They might be a bit more expensive but you do pay for what you get and my experience in using them has been nothing other than positive. Customer focus is clearly important to them and they deliver.
