We had Stephen come for the first visit and he was really informative, friendly and professional. He helped us feel at ease and explained what he was doing. The second visit was by Alex and he was great too in updating us on the progress. All in all, we are really happy with the service provided. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Helped eradicate my bed bug infestation before it got out of hand. Idris is extremely professional and answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. Superb job. We had a wasps nest that managed to make its way into the attic. We contacted EcoCare and they were very responsive and booked us in. Fabio turned up promptly, inspected the scene and then donned the equipment to remove the nest. Fantastic service. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending. Very professional.
