In early 2020, all my art sales moved online and I started shipping more packages than I'd ever been shipping before. I wanted to update my packaging to make it both ecofriendly and cute, and I was able to combine EcoEnclose's regular stock of packaging options (padded envelopes, tissue paper) with their custom printing services (stickers and notecards) to meet that goal.

My customers like that my packaging is reusable/recyclable and I get compliments all the time about how professional it looks. I'm especially happy with their no waste labels for thermal printers.

I've only had one instance of an incorrect item being sent and it was fixed quickly. Their customer service for custom print jobs has always been timely and professional. I'm just really super happy that I found them!

In 2021 I decided to upgrade my shipping supplies to custom printed boxes and contacted them again for info about custom boxes. They guided me to the right style and size for my needs.

It took me a while to get the artwork together the way I wanted it but when I reached out two years later the team just picked it right back up for me. The boxes are absolutely perfect and my clients are also praising them!

As a bonus, the cat also approves. ?

We chose them because of their sustainable practices and mission alignment (and the convenient proximity to our store), but we have become raving fans and loyal customers because of their people!

They are incredibly helpful with above expectation customer service on custom orders on boxes, bags and stickers. They offer free samples to help us select new products. They always communicate delivery times clearly so we can plan accordingly and the eco-packing tape is the easiest and best we have found to work with (we screwed around on this and we found out the hard way).

And when we had a family crisis right when a major holiday box order was ready a staff member (who it turns out is nearly our neighbor) made a delivery for us right to our front door.

EcoEnclose has allowed my business to have eco friendly packaging yet not being over priced! I order custom sized boxes for my candle business and they come faster then expected great quality and 100% recycled. It's importune to my business to be as eco conscious as possible especially with my product packaging. The GreenWrap is my favorite, it protects our candles is naturally biodegradable and it looks great! They offer free samples which is amazing when you own a small business. The staff is great and friendly! What's not to love! Im very glad I found EcoEnclose and will continue to purchase from them!

I ordered 250 labels of their zero waste sheets and they came out absolutely beautiful, & faster shipping than I expected. Then I ordered another 250 labels of a completely different size and design and they came out perfectly as well. This is a true one stop shop.
