Install is good and works as it should, but after several delays on the installation it turns out the communication from the office is very poor. You will find yourself having to chase them for everything. 14 weeks I have been chasing after the paperwork so I can export from my solar system. Yesterday I was sent the paperwork but still not got the DNO that I need to set up to export. Install was in November. No doubt I will have to e mail another 20 times before getting a result.

AVOID!. We had our heating pump fitted just over 18 months ago. The initial fitters were a couple of cowboys, loads of rubbish left on site for us to dispose of, broken outlet in the downstairs cloakroom (how that happened I have no idea) and plenty of cleaning up to do afterwards. The company are a complete nightmare to get hold of and we still have outstanding issues, they are just not interested. I was really hoping to leave a better review, but over three months into our latest issue with the water not getting to temperature and not getting replies to emails or an answer to the 'phone I am totally fed up with them.

Installed in August and seemed to be working fine. Now chasing constantly with an inefficient office because they haven't connected our Immersun/iBoost properly so we are actually losing money as our solar panels cannot do what they were set up to do (heat the water tank) so heat pump is constantly doing it.

They sent an engineer Tuesday who said we needed a replacement part as the one we have is faulty. No answer at the office despite ringing over 20+ times in 2 days. No reply to email or voicemails either.

Update 16th April - I finally received the handover pack with the relevant certification and warranty.
Upgrading my rating from 1 to 2 stars while awaiting full resolution.

Previous review (Jan 24):
As it stands, I do not recommend this company as the after sale care is non existent.

We had a heat pump and radiators installed end of Oct 23. Although the system works (we get heating and hot water) it is not currently fully working. Two rooms get barely any heat (including my home office where I spend 8 hours per day), and the open plan kitchen/seating room can be very cold due to high heat loss.
Overall we are dissatisfied about :
- EcoFootprint not having sent a single engineer back after having had issues for three months - radio silence from them - Inacceptable.
- The EPC report. I was not impressed by the company used (Apex) - they didn't check the cavity wall insulation or the loft insulation. Given the radiator sizing was based on that EPC report, I understand now why our main living area doesn't have adequate heating, as it was not properly checked.
- They didn't send a handover pack, they just left us to it after the installation
- We were supposed to have a slimline cylinder to fit a specific area, but were sent a normal cylinder - so we had to revise the plans and we are now unhappy where both the internal system and the external pumps are.

I paid £300 for a survey, was contacted by email and by phone by ‘Michelle’ who was my ‘Journey Companion’ or something. Then, absolutely nothing. No responses to my phone calls to ‘Michelle’ on her personal phone, office phone, voicemails or e-mails.
Not a company to do business with. I’ve gone with someone else and have had a much better service. My advice is to avoid this company.

I was put onto Ecofootprint Ltd by colleagues at work who had used them for their own solar system installations. When I made the initial contact, the process was efficient, well explained and thoroughly professional. My system was installed within days by a team that were friendly and communicative. I have no regrets in choosing Ecofootprint Ltd as my supplier and installer of my solar system. Well done to all involved.

Install good because they were sub contractors but certification, receipt and after sales non existent. We now to need to pay £1000 or more to try and get certification for meted even though we paid ecofootprint to do this. Looks like they are no longer trading

Paid £14000 for an Air Source Heat Pump system to be fitted in March. left me with no heating at all for a week until they sorted it. Now the temperature has dropped to -0.5 degrees outside and the system is unable to heat my house above 17'c to 18'c. Asked for help several times over the last 4 days and got nothing, because there is only ONE person in the whole company that knows how to check the settings and he's too busy dealing with NEW customers to call me back. AVOID!
