Horrible company. Alex the owner of the company was vey impatient and snappy with me when I reached out to him letting him know the cleaners broke my $100 vase and didn't clean in certain areas that we initially talked about them cleaning. I would not recommend this cleaning company to anyone.

I hired Eco-Friendly Maids to do a move-in cleaning for our new home. I paid extra to have all cabinets and drawers cleaned, baseboards wiped down, doors cleaned, and interior windows cleaned. The booking process was easy and I made sure to clarify that this cleaning included all of the “basics” such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping, and was told that it was a “top to bottom” cleaning. I have never been so disappointed with a professional service. The house smelled great, but they missed major things - the window sills were filthy, none of the light fixtures were dusted, the microwave was dirty, and the doors were left unclean. Literally every time I touched or moved anything I found something new that had been left uncleaned. When I reached out to the office they told me that I had sold the house as being “clean” and that it was too dirty for 4 people to do a proper cleaning in 3.5 hours (for what it is worth, I only saw two people there initially). The house was completely empty and in good shape, but had a family living in it for 18 years and that comes with the associated dirt, dust, etc, which I explained during the booking. Also I’m not sure who is paying over $500 to clean a clean house, or how this house that was being shown regularly was so dirty someone couldn’t dust a fan. The office did refund me $200 after a phone call and several emails, but I’m still horrified that I spent $300 for people to essentially spray air freshener and wipe down my fridge. I would stay far away from this company unless you like wasting your time and money.

From start to finish my experience with Eco-Friendly Maid Service has been stellar. The prices are reasonable, communication is excellent and most importantly they did a great job with the actual cleaning. Very thorough, the house smells and looks so clean! They were even able to get all the cat hair from 3 cats. Finding a company that does this kind of quality clean while also using environmentally friendly products is important to me. So glad I found them!!

I’m super disappointed in the service I received from Eco Friendly Maid Service yesterday! I booked a deep clean yesterday for my house since it had been awhile since I had my house professionally cleaned and I have a big dog who sheds a lot! Through the booking process/arrival of the cleaning team everyone was great and very professional. I left my house for the day to stay out of the teams way, and I just returned this morning to see the work! At a high level, they appeared to do all the surface level cleaning I expected. Unfortunately, upon further inspection, a ton was missed.

I have attached pictures, but you can see that:
1. My living room rug wasn’t even vacuumed, and there was still a fur ball floating in the corner!
2. Baseboards and cabinets clearly weren’t touched. I’m especially annoyed by this because these are the two areas I wanted addressed and why I specifically paid the $50 extra for a deep clean
3. Obvious spots left on mirrors, sink, crumbs on counter

I know this might sound nit picky to some, but when I pay a few hundred dollars to have my house cleaned, I don’t expect such obvious misses. Will be happy to update my review after I hear back from EFMS!

Eco-Friendly Maid Service does a great job! I’ve used them for several times for a deep clean in our 2,500 sq foot house, which is home to two adults, one child, and two dogs - so no small feat. I also put them on a regular monthly schedule and it’s great to come home to a clean house. The house always looks great, feels clean, and doesn't have the awful manufactured chemical smell that often comes with cleaning. They’re also super respectful of our space and belongings, and they’ve been really flexible with any schedule changes we’ve had. I’ve really enjoyed working with them. Highly recommend.

We've been using Eco Friendly Maid Service for the past 6 years. We are amazed by the quality and cleanliness of our home after each visit. They come every 4 weeks scrubbing it down from top to bottom (we have 3 kids and 2 dogs so there's plenty to clean)! The staff are kind, respectful and hard-working. They use environmentally friendly products which is important to us. We've had friends and family visit after a cleaning and they are amazed how fresh and clean the house smells. Many have said with disappointment, "Man, my house doesn't smell this good after our cleaners come." For us, it's worth the price to have suburb cleaning, with high quality products and a top notch staff. Give them a try and see for yourself.

We have used Eco-Friendly Maid Service for two separate deep cleanings and we have been extremely satisfied with the service provided. The staff were, on-time, extremely professional and have left our house looking incredible. Normally we would find something dirty/out of place after using other cleaning companies but honestly this was perfect. The customer service to schedule etc. was also very prompt and the team was responsive/polite. The team was also very well prepared and acted responsibly with regards to COVID safety measures. Based on the great service we have scheduled regular cleanings moving forward.
