I am thoroughly impressed with the technician Tony Duncan -Hall' s professionalism and dedication to his work. From the moment he arrived at my house, he was very patient and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. He then proceeded to cover every corner of my home, both inside and outside, without rushing through the process. His attention to detail was evident, as he made sure all areas were treated carefully, which was especially important for addressing our flea issue. Tony’s thorough and attentive approach gave me confidence that the job was done right. Yet another great experience with EcoGuard. Due to a relentless situation right now with the mice that unfortunately is happening in my neighborhood and the entire county, I was in immediate need of finding a pest control company that could help me figure out where the mice were getting into the house. I reached out to EcoGuard, and they responded almost immediately. I was able to schedule an appointment with them to come and check out my home and start the process of assessing the weak spots on the outside of my house where the mice were finding ways to get in. On the scheduled date, they arrived early in the morning and were super professional. They went around the house, sealing the areas that were found to be entry points, and communicated throughout the entire process what they were doing and what the purpose was to seal. They showed us the spots they found as they were sealing them, and pictures as well of locations where they went underneath decks and other more remote areas of the house where they crawled to seal those weak spots. I truly believe that this will now secure my home from these little mice so that this issue comes to an end. This was a necessity and one that EcoGuard took great care of. In addition to the service that was done today, they will continue to come and ensure that these areas are stopping the issue. This is part of the guarantee. I want to thank EcoGuard for their prompt response. I would also like to thank their entire professional group of individuals that have come to my home and have done an outstanding job in securing my home. Every one of these individuals has been a true professional and amiable, and I am glad I chose them to care for my home.

Highly recommend Devon for any pest control/ inspections! We had our house inspection done before but the first technician did not thoroughly inspect the house. Highly recommend him for his thoroughness and detail oriented approach in informing his customers about the issue. He is very punctual and will inform before hand about the next steps and the best action forward for any issues. He is our go to person for pest control.

I had my first service with EcoGuard Pest Management today and went really well! Every trying has gone well from my first inquiry to first treatment. Sherri assisted with helping me stand up my services. I am very grateful for her because she helped me on her off day to ensure I could have my house treated before I moved in! She was flexible with me and worked quickly. Torrence came out today to treat the house. He was extremely nice and all around good guy. He asked me questions to understand what pest issues I had and explained the treatment plan. I went out with my dogs for a while to get coffee and he locked up the house perfectly! I feel like I can really trust this company so far. I also want to mention the guys who work in the office are really nice and I love that the company all around has a good vibe and genuinely kind people. I am happy with the choice so far. Now, I hope the treatment works, and we don’t see anymore spiders. I know there can be an uptick in pests as their environment is disrupted, so I will update my review after allowing some time for the treatment to work.

Devon was prompt to our appointment and took the time to listen to our concerns. He went over the services and costs that would be provided with an honest assessment of what he thought we would need for our rodent problem. He did an exterior inspection and pointed out at least one entry point I had missed. He went on to set traps in the crawl space and then the attic, showing me where the rodent activity was. He made suggestions for repair of rodent damage and said he could help with it. Overall he was polite, informative, focused and positive and I look forward to working with him getting these pests under control.
