We had an excellent experience with EcoHeat PH! From start to finish, everything was fantastic.
After waiting a long time for central heating due to some rough experiences with other companies, I was a bit nervous about the quote appointment. But when Matt showed up, all my worries faded away! He was super friendly and professional, which put me at ease. He took the time to assess our home, talk about our needs, and share some great options, along with a precise quote and payment plans. We settled on everything right away, and I felt really confident that we would finally get our central heating sorted out.
When our plumber, Chris, arrived on the scheduled start date, he was right on time! We were so impressed with his professionalism. He worked quickly and kept everything tidy. Chris not only completed all the planned tasks by the deadline but also handled a few extra jobs that popped up. He was friendly, answered all our questions, and kept us informed about his progress. Once he wrapped up, Chris took the time to show us how everything works and reassured us he was available for any future questions.
We're planning to refurbish our bathroom soon and can’t wait to have EcoHeat PH take care of that project too, thanks to their proven professionalism.

Brilliant service from EcoHeat. I found them via many recommendations on Facebook and they replaced our boiler first and then came back to install a new bathroom. The office staff and the plumbers were all friendly, polite and really efficient. We were very pleased with the fabulous end result - it looks like a luxury hotel bathroom! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We needed a replacement boiler and in our last house we had a Worcester bosch. In our new house there was an ideal boiler which kept leaking. I was offered a new ideal boiler but I really wanted a Worcester Bosch. Yes it was more expensive but I knew high quality.. Matt from Ecoheat came and saw us and I was so impressed with his knowledge that I bought from him.
Following on from there Matt had suggested we fit a water softener and we also needed a new shower which was clogged up with limescale.
We had 2 guys come from Ecoheat John and Terry. They were professional very friendly and quick workers.
There are 2 ladies in the office both called Joanne who are very helpful.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ecoheat and I am confident that if anything went wrong they would be here quick as a flash

Would not recommend. Combi boiler & shower installed. Left rubble and brick dust everywhere. Damaged new American fridge Freezer, still unresolved 8 months later, no communication Banging in ceiling pipes and kitchen tap runs when the washing machine is used.

Along with the expected installation he also made good holes in external walls where existing pipework had been, taking the consideration to source a brick that matched existing wall.

He took the time to explain the process to us, and his recommendations were spot-on, tackling potential issues before they arose. His problem-solving skills were truly impressive, and he managed to navigate the complexities of the job with a positive attitude that was infectious. He also gave us some extra time to take a new radiator off so we could paint the wall behind - and returned as promised to rehang and balance the system one last time.

One of the things that stood out to us was how respectful Chris was of our home. He worked efficiently and cleanly, ensuring that there was minimal disruption to our daily life. He removed the old boiler, cylinder, water tank and disposed for us - he even took all of the other waste from the job including radiator packaging.

His work ethic was admirable, and his willingness to go above and beyond was evident in every interaction we had with him.

The result of Chris's hard work is a perfectly heated home, with a boiler that's out of sight but certainly not out of mind, thanks to its top-notch performance. The new radiators have transformed the spaces they're in, not just with their heat but with their modern aesthetic.
