Do not use this company. Run by an absolute cowboy who couldn’t run a bath never mind a company.
I feel pity for their workers.
Edit: definitely the right company Marco is the owner. Never said it was private work did I?

AVOID THIS COMPANY! OWNER UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE

The director by the name of Marco Cifaldi is very rude and unprofessional! He will claim he attended your property when he never in order to collect a small fee from you or your estate agency!

Mr Cifaldi’s company was instructed to attend my property to complete some repairs. When I initially booked the appointment all went well and I advised my partner he would need to stay at home as we were expecting this handy man. My partner took a day off work however Mr Ciifadi or whoever he instructed never showed. Mr Cifadi reassurance me he attended and stated he would send me proof of his attendance . I am still waiting for this evidence.They later attended the property on another day and luckily my partner was home. They fixed a window and advised they will return on another day to fix the other issues. Still waiting . Last week Friday I received an email from my estate agent and Ecoheat Solutions stating a electrical safety check was required . Unfortunately I was unable to call to make a booking but I planned to contact them on Monday (today) to make a booking however This morning on my way to work I received an email from Cifiadi stating they attended my property to conduct the safety check and no one was available. Please bare in mind I had just been notified on Friday this was required and planned to book on Monday . I called Mr Cifadi. Before I could even talk, he went on to say he attended the property and no one was in. He stated he would refer me back to my estate agent . I asked Mr Cifadi when this booking was made. He stated he was not going to get in a debate with me and would be contacting my agent. I was very confused by this however he continued to call me a lair and stating I was pretending. I was so confused however as Mr Cifadi continued to shout so I decide to terminate the phone call.

Mr Cifadi then calls me back, saying I should check my text message ( there was no text message regarding the electrical safety check). I tried to calm Mr Cifiadi down however he continued to shout and be verbally aggressive . I told Mr Cifiadi that his behaviour was unacceptable and unprofessional. He continued to shout so I terminated the call.

Mr Cifiadi then called me back for a 3rd time stating he is not unprofessional one and I was the unprofessional one for not being at home for an appointment I never booked . Anyways avoid booking with them if you can. I don’t like leaving bad reviews however my interactions with Mr Cifiadi this morning was so bad I needed to advice the public. He is very rude and verbally aggressive .i would avoid working with him if possible.

I then call him back after an hour ( hoping he had calmed down) asking for the name of the his manager when I was informed he was the owner . I was shocked! He basically laughed at my wishes to complain and went on another rant.

Thankful my estate agent has referred me to another reliable and professional company.
