I've had a different internet providers over the years. Some good, some not so good. I recently signed up for service with Ecolink broadband. I got the so called100 mb plan. It runs anywhere from 50 to 85 mb. You can't skype, slow tv buffering, and slow computer downloads. Even worst is their customer service. Unprofessional and kind of rude and they truly appear to be clueless on broadband problems. The router was put in the attic far away from my devices. They seem to agree that this may be the problem and want 85.00 to move it. Don't waste your time or money with ecolink. If other providers are available, go with them.

Good internet but I am TIRED of not being able to get ahold of anyone there they need more employees or somthing bc I am so frustrated I'm about to find another provider. SICK of it!!!!! All week I have called and gotten no one. I'm not staying on the phone all day again today. Rediculous!!!!

Edited they have improved in this.

Absolutely stellar customer service, my instillation techs were so amazing I still want to find a way to get gift baskets to all of them. The speed of their service is making my life so much easier. I don't have to shut down my work when the guys get home because ecolink can handle all their devices and my computer at the same time. I'm an exceptionally happy customer.

Scheduled appointment 11 -1 on Friday. Took off from work. Called 4 hours ago said they were running behind. It’s 5:11 pm still waiting. Cannot get a return call from scheduler, field or supervisor. Is this even a legitimate service?

Poorly trained workers that they force you to use to run their line instead of independent contractors. I took off an afternoon from work to meet someone that was sent who was unwilling to even crawl into our attic and said it was “impossible” when previous contractors had no issues running lines through it. Have decided to use an alternative service provider.
